SANKALANI is the specticular oneman dancing show presented by 11 years old girl in sri lanka. She is PIUMI SANKALYA.
The sound could be familiar for you (piumi sankalya) if you were stay Derana Star in a Minute in 2007.Star in a Minute is a compitition of the Dancing and Singing held by one of the sri lankan television network(Derana TV) She was one who won the semi award of that dancing compitition.From the very very young age piumi showed her dancing talents.she is so clever for all dancing styles that she studied.Grandly she studied kandian,low country(pahatharata) , Sabaragamu and Kathak (Indian Traditional) dancing styles. For the present she is join in to one of sri lankan stylized drama(Panchalee) created by Mr.Ananda Senarathna.you can see more information about panchalee go to www.panchalee.com And also she join in to one of sri lankan kids movie directed by Mr.Siri Kalarathna. She has just started a colourful path to a long journey...

This is a very complicated dance routine for any age. She needs to be rewarded for her talent and hard work. I don't know why she isn't getting votes and comments! She is so mature in her act, for her age. I wonder if she's getting enough recognition for her efforts. Come on people; you know she is good. Give her due credit!! This is one of the most amazing thing I've seen from a child and I am American.
