@crwnikeboy - he's healthy enough to run 341 and a 1415 just 15 min later. Did you really expect alan (or anyone) to run 330-5 at such a small meet? He turned on the jets and won -- he's healthy, and with speedwork we may be looking at some great times next year.

Looks like his mechanics have improved significantly. One could only assume he will get faster as he gets more accustomed to this new running style.
