EQ2 is all about processor speed not your Gfx card. If you have a 3.5ghz or faster processor and a cheap 256mb Card you can run it better than balanced. EQ2 is 90% CPU and 10% Gfx.

Do you get a decent FPS in this zone? I'm downgrading from a 4870X2 to a 3670 and would like to know how it will perform.

Actually, I would consider this zone more than likely a middle tiered zone but TSO raid zones are setup much differently than ROK zones. Each zone mob is tiered in difficulty rather than the zone itself.
