home made manifold , t4 turbo uprated internals made 231 bhp at the wheels at 0.4 bar of boost and when ran we should be able to run about 1.3 bar and hoping for about 450+

@Thebmwmadman bhp = brake hp (flywheel/crank) - you mean 231whp - wheel horsepower.. post some more vids of this car

yo man very nice work I need to ask you about the engine because am just puting the same one m30b35 and am planing to do some turbo upgrade and a now about that engine withstand оn o high boost with the stock parts but just gone leavet on low bust for starters but this brings me to the general question with exactly what head gasket you are ?

@howitzergun maybe it's not m30 maybe it's V8 ;) and 3.5 V8 have 231bhp stock :)

@howitzergun That's at the crank, his numbers are at the wheels. Cars are rated higher at the crank, and some HP is lost once it's being measured at the wheels. I like this measurement better.

Wait - 231bhp???

Is that a mistake? M30b35 in stock setup produces aprrox. 200hp.

Even a small, low boost turbine should add at least 80-100hp, if correctly installed and equipped with VEMS or Megasquirt engine computer.

Please explain, cause i`m planning to install a turbocharger on my 535i and i`d like to know as much info as possible. ;)

231 bhp and the normal 535i is 220 if im right?
