Nicaragua Upstream Whitewater - Earthcds travels to bring rare music back to you!

Going upriver in a dugout canoe with a 40hp engine up class 2+ to 3- rapids.
Just one 9 hour journey out of many adventures during my 6 week trip in Nicaragua. This leg was from La Cruz de Rio Grande to San Pedro de Norte, then a school bus (flat tire out in the middle of nowhere) to Rio Blanco for a little sleep.

Other forms of travel were bus, high speed boat, mule, foot, taxi, school bus, minivan and cargo boat. I traveled way off the beaten path, to villages only accessible by boat, foot or horse to find authentic and rarely heard music to bring back to you.
