@rabbit5111, yes, I'm sure it is the one remixed in 1991. There was an album cut in late 1968 that was longer than the 45-RPM version, but it's not the longer version posted here. In any event, I like this one best of all.

This is NOT the Old original version as when i was a Kid but the Memories of Setting out the 45's in the street and STOPPING on the record with the Back tire and SPINNING OUT WAS A BLAST! ON OUR BIKES Bananna Seats and Sissy bars and BARE FEET! I WIPPED OUT ON THE REAL 45 Back then.

@rabbit5111, this version, with a different mix by Tommy James, was only released in 1991. This is not the same version that was on the album released in late 1968.

@DanOnRoute66inAZ I had a tough time uploading ANYTHING like this. I'll take this version for now. At least YouTube let me get it on. and it is a long version....may not be THE long version....but I am happy to get it on for people to listen to.

@Kbirda This song is simply amazing. One of the best that I have posted. I am glad I got the LONG version. It's funny, if they play the short version on the radio, I turn it off.
