  • The way the leaves are shaped and their colour Im guessing its white tea 白茶.

  • It looks like a green tea of some sort which you wouldnt brew for very long. But she does sort of by rinsing the tea first, which is all a delicate tea needs to awaken it. She is using glass too which would also show it is a green or maybe even a white tea so that the tea does not overheat, cause the glass loses heat quickly.

  • It depends on the type of tea, or so i was told.

  • I thought you were suppose to throw away the first brew.

  • I thought you put a cap over it then turn it over and take off the cap to drink it.
