Boy Rescued from Inside Locked Safe !

A Turkish boy is rescued by firemen after he was accidentially locked in a safe box in Istanbul.

The youngster had found the discarded vault while playing in a footpath in Istanbul with friends. It had been left outside a safe shop, whose owner was away on holiday.

Unaware of the danger it posed, Cihan climbed into the safe and his companions shut the door behind him as a joke.

One alarmed passerby who saw what had happened called the fire department. "I saw the children playing," the witness said. "Then they put the boy in the vault and closed the door. I rushed and called the police."

What I don't understand about Turkey is...they cheer and rescued this precious little boy from the safe...yet they also participate in "honor killings" where families bury their children alive. It makes me sick.
