This is a REAL politician named Toyama Koichi that ran for the Prefectual governer of Tokyo "County". Every politician is given equal airtime in Japan to explain their platform, and the TV stations can not edit it and are therefore not responsible for its content. This guy is INSANE! The best part is, over 15,000 people VOTED FOR HIM!!!
And they say there is no hope for politics...

Right-wing extremist = typically patriotic to the point of making excuses for anything bad their country does.
Left-wing = liberal
Left wing extremist = Feels the need to endless bad-mouth and apologize for their country and appeal to minorities to the point of special treatment.
This guy would be a LEFT-wing extremist if anything; but honestly he doesn't fit in either category. He's more your straight-up apolitical nut.
