  • Sanding is a much gentler operation and I just need to knock off the edges with the router. I’ve had some of these thin pieces shatter on the router table just using the roundover (never good for the old nerves). My roundover will not flush cut an oversized piece and I’m probably too cheap to buy one if I saw it. HA! So, it would still be two operations on the router table, a pattern or flush cut bit and then a roundover both sides, subjecting the part to the router three times instead of twice.

  • Awesome work!!

  • Thank you for up-loading!

  • Great work there. But couldn't you skip the shaping operations and go directly to the roundover/guided flush cut bit in the router table and do the shaping there?

  • Cool!
