Did anyone other than me notice that the beginning was very quick (such as the ready, go part), so it's pretty obvious that it was recorded at a low speed, and then sped up? At least, that's how it seems.

If you hold Tab the menu runs faster, that way I don't need to wait. If you hold Tilde it runs slower. If you hold them both it doesn't run at all. I speed it up for just about all my videos.
You can see that the arrows at the top also slow, speed up, or freeze their animations. You can see the step animation sped up and frozen on my Daisuke video at the very start.

I would have been more impressed with that if it were on Oni. Just saying, decent for spread though.
