  • 45 degree leg press = normally 3-4 times what you can squat.

  • @jameswvox just because he is bigger than you, does not mean you cant do more leg weights than him !

  • I refuse to believe that he does leg extensions with just 135lbs. I just did 4 sets of 8 on my Powertec with 160lbs and Rob is much much bigger than I am.
