I find I don't just "listen" to Eva, I "absorb" the beauty, the passion and the fervor of her voice. She is one of a kind. You cannot help (if you have a heart) but take note of this woman's artistry. Remarkable, and much too soon gone.

This was my favorite Eva C. recording for a year or two - the another Eva.C. song was my fav. , etc. I first heard Somewhere O.T.R. by Eva, in about 1998 or 99,I believe. I listened to everything of hers I could for about 10 years - perhaps thousands of times. I grew weary and stopped listening for 7 or 8 years. Now it's all come back. The tears are flowing, again. To me, this is the most beautiful music I ever heard.

how can you doubt god's existence when you hear a voice like Eva's? pure, true, clear, powerful, spiritual, simply magical. She makes my heart ache each time I hear her songs and I know she is no longer with us
