VocaVocalist Fandubs Auditions -OPEN!-

EDIT AGAIN: Hi guys! Well, the 31st passed and we still don't have as many auditions as we'd like. Genki is going to be away this week, so next week we will cast the parts that have a lot of auditions. For now, keep sending in your auditions and we'll stop accepting them on September 9 until we get them all sorted and some of the roles cast! This gives you a little more time to try out if you've been thinking about it! Keep being awesome!

Alright so here goes! This is a Vocaloid Fandub run by GenkiIchigoGenki and Rainsnowinter and Asuka! n.n

I'll repost the rules and open characters below here just in case you didn't catch them all in the video!

The rules:

1. Please sing your song/songs using the proper lyrics. If you cant find your lyrics in romaji, use this site (nihongo.j-talk.com/parser/) to convert songs from kanji to romaji. We are looking for people with acceptable Japanese accents and pronunciations. So you are free to audition with an English song, but please include an audition in Japanese as well.
(The song/s you choose don't have to be the ones that the Vocaloid/s sing. As long as the song you pick is in the character's general voice range it's all good ^^.)

2. Please try to use a microphone with acceptable quality. We're looking for clear, easy to understand auditions that aren't overwhelmed by static or background noises. If your microphone is too fuzzy or too much background noise is showing up, try putting a single layer of tissue over your mic and it should reduce some of that.

3. We don't expect anyone to sound exactly like the Vocaloids, but we would like people to have similar tones and vocal ranges to the Vocaloids that they are auditioning for (no robotic effects, please). Also it would be nice if you could add your own flavor to your song/songs- that way, your audition will be more memorable!

4. Please include at least one minute of singing in your audition, not including intro music. We want to hear your voice! Acapella is fine too, just please make sure that it's one minute long.

5. Please do not audition for more than three roles. We will also only be giving one role per person as we really want some diversity!

6.The deadline will be the last day of July (July 31st)! If there arent enough auditions, we will extend it. When we are finished casting, we will post a second video with the results! n.n
