  • I wend for my first barefoot "run" last night... it was all of about 1/4 mile.  It felt awesome, but I did get blisters near the tips of my toes. I bet it is what you said regarding picking the feet up rather than pushing off. I'll give that a shot tomorrow after the blistering goes away. Thanks for the vid.
