@ChrisZFit All muscles are correctly loaded if they are stretched first so they can be proprioceptively turned on. This allows for fuller and stronger concentric muscular contraction. This Russian twist will not be doing this to the obliques

i concentrate on keeping my shoulders still, but i drag the plate across my knees, and over to the sides without touching the floor, in one slow motion. Kind of a core movement. I use a 25lb plate, and focus on the entire abdonimnal area

So are your feet on the ground or not?

@kakejelly If your feet are up, it is more challenging to stabilize yourself, but you can put your feet on the floor if you need to.

@ChrisZFit Exactly what I thought, I was just curious as to what you thought. Having your feet off the ground won't work your obliques harder will it? Just works more on stabilization and balance?
