This is a video showing what I did to eliminate almost all of the trunk rattling from a Chrysler 300/300C due to installation of subwoofers. I forgot to tell you in the video but I also put Dynamat on the back side of the rear license plate as well as put 4 bolt to hold it in place also. Do this along with dynamating the trunk lid and the top of the lip on the bumper that I show in the video and it will eliminate a big majority of the rattling.

  • I'm going to do this to my grand prix, i have major rattling issues right now. I have also heard that the spare tire compartment can be the cause for a lot of rattling, so im going to try and do something in there as well.

  • @hockeyrulez23 Cool let me know how it works out for you. Hope it helps. I put some where the spare tire use to be also, now my main source of rattle/noise is the trunk vents because of the air pressure in the trunk when the subs hit they flutter and make noise.... Haven't had time to fix that yet..
