I have it now, got it about 3 days ago.Would yours have gone away with out medication you think?Thanks for your answer. @Nitepup Hey man, thanks. It would have absolutely gone away without meds. If I ever get this again, I don't think I will take the meds. Id give it 2 weeks. Monitor it, make sure it doesn't get really warm or turn red. If it gets infected then you have a serious complication on your hands. I iced my elbow here is my followup here to show how to treat it with ice and compression. Check out my follow up vid which explains how to treat it.

I have a smaller version of the left elbow, for about a week now, due to MTB mishap. it's not painful, but really annoying. If it takes two weeks to heal, I'll take it. I've had much worse outlier events while cycling. have you had a problem w/ recurrence?

CONT :will help it go down REAL quick so i said im not waiting no 6 months so i chose shot and steriod .So she stuck needle in my arm and i could see it LITERALLY go down immediatly as she was draining it and it shrunk about half the size it was.So she gave me ibuprofen so it can help the swelling go down even more and told me to rest it over the weekend, so after about 1 week now it shrunk big time and is now almost gone, so if any of you want your elbow to go away fast GET IT DRAINED. ALSO

Hey! Finally Got a chance to write you back (yoyoceramic) and others who NEED my advice, But listen to your doctor ,But heres whats up.... now i went to doctor last friday and they all were shocked, receptionist and doctors when they seen how big it was, they gave me choice ,wait any where from 3 weeks to 6 months to let it go down on its own or get it drain by a needle, which will drain out my fluid into the needle and its tube and then after that ,get a shot of steriod into my elbow which

Elephant man, put the arm in a sling, try not to use it, it will make it worse.
