  • Lafaro, passed away too soon. Amazing muso.

  • Amazing. Thank you.

  • Billfreaks, you are invited to a beautiful Bill Evans master class on YT! The class includes an in-depth analysis of Bill's classic solo performance "A Time for Love". You will LOVE this, promise:) Type in "Dave Frank" Bill Evans on YT.

  • You know, I wasn't sure this would work, taking such a complex song and stripping it down to three instruments. But Bill, Scotty and Paul pull it off. I think if Scott wasn't the bassist that he was, it wouldn't have worked. But by this point he and Bill could pretty much read each others' minds, so it shouldn't surprise me that they make it happen.

  • Scott laFaro is the man. I cant decide if him of Paul Chambers play this better

  • So intelligent . Pure sol !

  • This is beautiful music...

  • @v1p11 Oh thnx.

  • @aghoranathi 25

  • @DunhillHilton

This bass player passed at 23yo. That means he was this good at 23. That is absolutely mind blowing. What a legend.

Sadly it was a car crash. :(

Thank god that bill found him. :)
