Child of The Promise - The Way it Will Be

God has spoken to me, Isaiah
Saying the Lord himself will give you a sign
when the days are dark and evil
He will reveal the time
Behold the virgin shall conceive
and she will bear a son
His name will be Immanuel, God with us,
you will know when the time has come

That's the way it will be
this is how it will go,
even if you don't believe me
watch the hand of God and see!
Seek Him and you will know
Seek Him and you will know

God has spoken to me, Micah
about you Bethlehem Ephrathah
you have always been without stature before,
you are the smallest in all of Judah
Yet out of you, the holy one,
Israel's leader will come forth
whose being has been everlasting,
and will be forever more.

That's the way it will be
this is how it will go,

The Lord spoken to me, Jeremiah
The days are coming says He
when I will raise to David a Branch of righteousness and liberty
as King he will reign and prosper
His judgments performed perfectly
He is my Son
and when He has come, He will inherit the nations from Me

The Lord has spoken to me Isaiah!
He says to us a child is born!
A son on whose shoulder's the government shall be
This, the Lord of Hosts will perform

He said his name shall be
WONDERFUL!
COUNCILOR!
MIGHTY GOD AMONG MEN!
EVERLASTING FATHER!
PRINCE OF PEACE!

And His peace will have no end!
