@3mmerz awww... i'm sorry for the late reply... i just walked from cheung sha wan to tsim sha tshui... and i found a lot of streets with cheap stores for clothing and shoes... i don't know about cheap make up though, because i didn't aim for make up... have fun, if your're still there ;)
