I learned later that these concept designs were actually proposals for the movies. Discarded concepts, mind you, but cool enough to get made into action figures. You can see the original paintings these were based on on the ART OF IRON MAN 2 book.

how did u unstick the head? Also, I think what it meant by stealth was it can move very fast without being heard hence the name "hypervelocity"

That's the odd thing. I filmed this... Right about the time the first Iron Man review went up on my channel.
A couple of days ago I randomly picked it up after noticing the head had turned back to its original position. I gave a little tug and it "cracked" (the paint/glue) and now it's able to move as its supposed to.
I do suggest using the hot water trick before hand if it feels tight.
