I am 6"3 inches tall and currently 98 Kg (15.5 stone) with size 12 feet and 38.5" waist. Two years ago I was the same height and shoe size but only 85 g (13.5 stone) with 36" waist and at University I was 73 kg (11.5 stone) with size 10 feet and 32" waist. One 5"2 girl commented on how "exceptionally tall" I am and the fact that I have "big feet, big hands, big everything"!
@Mutzaki I understand what you are saying, but it really isn't that rare. People tend to assume these things because no one ever brings this issue up, but I do hope you and others believe me
@TheTreeMuseum I said it's a rather common problem, not that it applies to everyone. I also have high metabolism, and that is partially why I'm almost underweight, but it's also because I often miss breakfast. I doubt you're actually eating 4-5 big meals every day. It's very rare that metabolism is the only reason, but if you say it is, I am forced to believe you.
A very common problem is simply that you don't eat enough times a day. If you only eat one or two proper meals a day, you won't be seeing any changes. A rather simple change like increasing the amount of meals you eat in a day will help you a lot, and you have to let it take some time.
I ate a hundred gram bag of chips and 200g of dip almost everynight on top of what id normally eat (relativly healthy stuff) and it seemed to work well
Congrats on your weight gain !

@Mutzaki that is definitely NOT true! I eat just as much as anyone else, even more so but because my metabolism is high I cant put any on.
