This short clip is supposed to show you the movement of the elevator and the rudder of the Engels E.4, which is a reproduction of the Fokker E.III.

The control cables, however are not yet properly guided in the fuselage and the turnbuckles are unsecured so far, but it shows you nevertheless how these tail feathers worked.
