Vista bug

Try this:
put a short cut on your desktop for example to an exe file , go the the folder and delete \ rename it to *.not exe \ move the exe,
go to the short cut, right click it.
I've counted 29 seconds before the Right click menu poped up. I know that bug since Xp and god, i hate it.
I've tried finding a fix for it but... well.........

This bug still is in Windows 7, but it freezes up your comp for just like 4 seconds.

unfortunately this bug exists in xp aswell, worst is it when you have a shortcut for a uninstalled software in the start menu and try deleting it, that has frozen my desktop a bunch of times.
