how is covering a cover a tribute? Hank Williams wrote the song.

I'm not knocking this version of it, I'm just saying if you're gonna do a 'tribute' play an original song that he wrote.

Actually, I think you don't necessarily pay tribute to an artist only by playing own songs, but also by trying to express his "spirit", his style, I mean his original way of covering others' songs.

('sides, there were like 15 performers that night, playing 3 songs each - including Gary Lucas and Mick Grondahl !)
