Partice Effects created with XNA, it took me about 3 days to do this. Most challenging part was the sand, because it has some kind of interaction with other particles (the other systems don't) and it still doesn't look completely right...
Hi stromchin, very nice work you have there. could you please tell me how you made the sand effect, the sand blows out of that icon and piles up and even levels up itself. how did you achieve this ?

I made an array at the bottom, so when the particles fall to the ground, I add one to the position it fell in.
Also, then, I put the particle in that position
And then for the leveling up, I check the array positions for the right and the left, and see if it's smaller, then it falls there.
