In the whole commerce legal game there are two different views about what individual freedom is and how to go about getting it. Some say through the legal system and some say through the sovereign way. I've been looking at it for a few years now and you can get results using both methods, depending upon what it is you actually want to do. To give an example here would take forever. I can say with no hesitation that the legal system is very deceiving for the layman.
