Aw, come on. The man is in his, what, 80's here? Give Kissin and Hamilin a couple more decades and they might reach this level of interpretation, too. : )

HAHA! Listen to Backhaus on 78th. He makes Kissin and Hamelin sound like they are missing 2 fingers on either hand when he plays a virtuoso pieces and in classical repertory they are total morons next to the great B.
