This video shows some of the construction of Diamondback, the new for 2009 B&M hyper coaster. As of the time of this recording, only 11 sections of track remained to be installed. Everything is pointing to a April 2009 openng.

@SeanFlaharty ,yeah. some how it seems more intense than last year, and you can hear the roar better from the parking lot too.

Im so glad they built this coaster! It's so smooth and isane. I used to only really ride the Beast and Vortex, but now I ride this. Plus other coasters.

There is no doubt in my mind that Diamondback is one of those coasters that will have the same type of popularity as The Beast and Vortex. It really does fit well with that park doesn't it?
