Brazilians are heading to the polls on Sunday to vote in presidential elections.

Many voters would like to re-elect Lula da Silva, but they can't because the constitution prevents him from seeking a third consecutive term.

But, unlike most of the country, voters in one small town in the south are not happy with Lula's record.
