Ok question should i replace my digitizer if my touch screen displays image but doesnt respond when i touch it?

So I recently switched out my digitizer and everything is working but it says I don't have any service! Any suggestions?

@636T That is exactly what I want to do/know! But I doubt that there is a way cause when you connect your phone to the cpu it will not automatically connect to the phone, you'd have to select one of the options on the phone for it to get it connected. >_<

Is there a way to plug the phone into a computer without using the touchscreen?..i know u can plug it in and charge it without doing anything but i broke my screen and i need to take a few things off of the memory but i cant connect it without pressing a button on the screen

i replaced my digitizer it wont turn on i can hear charge but screen is black. ive dissambled it couple times nd checked if i missed anything and everything seems fine what else can it be? i

i know this is old but im a visual learner and if its possible could you do a assembly video so i dont have to play the feed backwards if not its ok i bought a digitizer and cant wait to fix it using this as a aide
