Thanks for your videos man. I have watched quite a few. I am a fellow CFer at 22 years old. I have my pft testing coming this Monday. I hope I am still at my 87% ish area! Keep up the good work, stay going to the gym often and running / biking is pivotal!

I just got out of the hospital Monday and my PFTs went back up to 70% to :) Congrats.
My pfts were 48 when I went in.
