  • Hi Rico. I have a couple of questions:

    1: When you are doing the lower back work out, do you add weights to your second and third set?

    2: Do you have an advanced workout for the back in your book? since this video says beginner on it.

  • no i just do more reps. This is good for anyone. Its the intensity and weights you use that separates the men from the boys

  • isnt trap workout supposed to be with shoulders?

  • you can but i consider traps th back

  • whats the best calf workout 4 quick muscle and size growth?

  • there is no QUICK way to muscle growth. Hard work and proper nutrition bro

  • Hey Rico, the exercise you do where you are bent over the machine with your arms crossed, and you raise yourself up, does that work the abs as well?

  • Mr. Rico .. let me ask you a question what is the best exercise and most effective for lat and middle back... how many sets and reps suppose to do? ... I'm not beginner but intermediate... i will look forward to your answer .. thanks

  • wide grip weighted pull ups  for lats and forget lat pull down.

  • Wheres all the free-weights? deadlifts etc.
