Yes, it is. They're only called "dumbo octopi" because of those ear-like flaps, which remind some of the Dumbo character from the Disney movie.

I tought that dumbo octopus is lil' red round looking thing with flappy "ears"
not big(not really big just biger than red dumbo o.) white octopus with flappy ears 8-|

dude i love this thing first seen it on that blue planet show it would be cool if you added more deep sea fish to the videos list id love to see them
