Love In The Indians (Nick Jonas Love Story) ch. 13

Chapter 13- Love.
Katelin- One. Two. One, two, ready play.
The intro to Paranoid by Black Sabbath started and just about 4 or 5 measures after that we started moving. Big steps to go out to the side for me and then the repeat came and it was time for baby steps. Backwards, I might add as I was doing big and small steps. Now time to lead the swerving line. Ok now stop for 4 measures. Now walk fast walk fast! Stop for a measure. Walk fast, walk fast! As the last notes rang in my ears, there were people in the shape of a box and then two lines in the middle of the box. Katelin then started clapping her hands then yelled..
Katelin- Band ten-hut! (A.N. okk soo I forget what they say soo, I just made this up..kinda.)
Band- BHS!
We all snapped into the attention position. Mr. Barr came over the microphone speaker.
Mr. Barr- Very good. That was very nice. One more time then you can have a little break.
We all dropped our arms and headed back to the beginning of Paranoid. I looked over at Nick and he smiled as I smiled at him. Things couldnt get any better...
*Nick's POV*
Nick- We're moving! We just moved here!
I was greeted by bad news as I got home from band camp today. We cant be moving. We just moved here! I found a girl that I like! This cant be happening...
Dad- I've been posted in California now, son. They just werent sure where they needed me so they just sent me here.
Let me tell you a little bit about my family. My dad is in the army. We really havent moved a lot. Just when I was 5 and right now when Im 16. (A.N. I know thats not his actual age but, it fits with the story better.) So, we only moved twice but now we are moving again? I just got used to this place.
Mom- Sweetie, Im sure that you'll make new friends in San Diego.
Nick- Mom! Thats on the other side of the country from Sierra!
Dad- Nick, there will be cuter girls in California. Trust me.
Mom hit dad. They are not helping!
Nick- You guys just dont get it! I..I..I love her!
Did I just say that? Yep, I did because the looks on their faces were shocked I guess.
Dad- Son, you dont know what lo---
Nick- Dont tell me that I dont know what love is! I know how I feel about her! When did you and mom fall in love? Huh. Oh thats right! You two were 16 too! Dont tell me that!
I then ran up to my room and locked the door. This cant be happening. But it is. I cant move to San Diego. I love her... I love Sierra.
*Sierra's POV*
I dropped Nick off and he told me to come over around 6. He needed to get a shower and such and so did I.
Its now about 6 and I'm walking over to Nicks, piccolo and flip folder in hand. I rang the doorbell and his mom answered.
Sierra- Hello, Im Sierra.
Mrs. Jonas got a look of realization on her face.
Mrs. Jonas- Come in, come in.
I walked in and she closed the door behind me.
Mrs. Jonas- Nick is up in his room. Go up the steps, take a left and its the second door on the left.
Sierra- Thank you.
Mrs. Jonas- No problem sweetie.
I walked up the steps and went where Mrs. Jonas told me to go. I opened the door and saw that Nick had his trumpet and music ready to go.
Nick- Hey.
Sierra- Hey.
Nick- Lets get started.
I closed the door and walked over and sat on the bed next to Nick.
*Mrs. Jonas' POV*
After Sierra went up stairs to Nick's room, I went into the kitchen to talk with Paul.
Denise- Paul, I think we have a problem.
Paul- Yes?
Denise- Sierra, she is very pretty. And she has very nice manners. I think Nick is in love with her. I mean, you can see it in her eyes that she loves him back.
Paul- I'd like to speak with her then, if its all right.
Denise- I'll see what I can do.
