He's perfect

this is pretty lame. it's not collins' best vocal by any means, but he shoulda stuck to the drums.

square disgrace to genesis

j'adore!!!!!..;-))))))

HMM I singing jaze can be rather hard especially for me. But for phil, it must come naturally! =)

por supuesto que es e mejor cantante de estas ultimas décadas no lo niego!

@dalepm. I've got to agree with you 100%. The band sounds crisp and tight, but there is nothing memorable about Phil's singing here, and very little dynamic range, as you note. It's not an awful performance, just undistinguished. The band, and Quincy conducting, deserve all of the credit here.

I'm not that into jazz, I have to admit, but I really like the way he is performing it. =) Nice song.

@MrPhil46 not saying its bad cos hes not playing as well, I'm saying everyone is acting like this is just Phil and going on like this is all him, he adding one layer and it's not at all impressive vocally, you might like the sound and familiarity of his voice but its isn't good here, the musicians are tight and sound good and they deserve all the credit for the overall sound. and there's absolutely NO dynamic in his voice at all!

@dalepm Shut up man! He has proved hiself along!!!
But when he sings a song only vocal (no drums etc...) everyone starts to hate him..??
Why is that?? It is sometimes good when he only sings!
Does he do everything this fine?¿!! He IS a living genius...singing and playing jazz is one of the most difficult things in musical terms...!!!

Creo que la calidad musical de Phil Collins no se puede cuestionar, para mi es uno de los artistas más talentosos de las últimas décadas.
