Donna Wilson created these videos to help lung cancer patients. This series of videos also helps people with breathing problems. Different upper and lower body exercises performed to maximize the delivery of oxygen to lung tissue and the body.
@elenanicol the other could be related to some scientific article I read somewhere, which said the only difference in the lungs between someone who exercises and someone who doesnt is the fact that the heart is much more efficient at bringing out the oxygen to all the workin cells (which it gets more efficient at with repeated practise)... so... I donno, maybe some carbon's got stuck somewhere along the way? ;P
@elenanicol I think this could mean two things, you're not completely breathing out all of the air you breath in, to the same amount. This means there is still some carbon dioxide waiting to be exhaled beneath all that new air that you're taking in (this is the reason ur feeling dizzy, ur brains not gettin the oxygen)...
thank you very much for this video. i've been trying to find some lung exercise for quite some time and i think i finally found one that really help. i just tried it today and i'm feeling much better already. i'm going to do this everyday.
Thank you Donna. I found your site tonight trying to find exercises that would help me breathe better. I can't believe how much better I feel after doing your exercises. I will make this my daily routine and it feels nice to breathe easier!!!
Thank you, thank you, thank you Donna Wilson. I had the privilege of having a therapy session with you a few years back, and always wanted to ask you for a DVD.
Thank you. The exercises were very beneficial. The instructions were explicitly clear and well executed. I wish you were my teacher.
