Perfect Dark Combat Simulator Tutorial

This video is meant to show off how ahead of its time PD was. As I've told others before..had this come out later and replaced Halo, it would be the big franchise and game everyone knows that Halo currently is. once PS2 released then Xbox and Gamecube a year later, there was a far bigger interest and growth of the masses to video games. Kind of a golden age. And Perfect Dark Zero wouldn't of sucked ;p Besides all that... you can tweak and do almost anything with this games multiplayer! I chose my favorite pistol and other guns with sweet, unique, first of its kind secondary functions. MagSec4 = 3 shot burst. RC-P120 = uses ammo to cloak you. Laptop gun sticks to walls and shoots enemy passer-bys. SuperDragon - Grenade Launcher. Farsight - Homes onto enemies and shoots through walls. Nbomb - black tornado like dome that dazes the enemies with INTENSE screen blur and causes you to drop your weapons. Meatsims and max Handicap were used so no accidental deaths would occur from the "one hit kill" Farsight. It happened in one of the first takes when using hard sims and that got annoying ;p
sidenotes..being the same crew that made Goldeneye, I chose their most well known level now titled 'Felicity'. theres several Goldeneye stages to unlock and all are altered with minor details. at 6:10 I wanted to show theres a hole in the vent to drop down. 6:26 shows the sweet gangster-like sideways holding that happens when you are close to someone with a pistol equipped.

i spent a year playing the combat simulator, it was so much fun, i even bought a 64 in like 03 and played every day, my origional saved character had 9 days of gameplay

@1787dude wow! I was about to say thats a lot especially for an offline game but I've logged about the same. over 3 days on my game cartridge, 3 on a friends and a little less on another friends. I can play this today with a buddy for hours. Im still not sick of it. I wish I had 3 other elite friends to get ALL the stars with me. there was a "glitchy" kind of way to get them. Had something to do with making your own settings and starting the challenge, I dunno. My buddy did it on his game.

Back in the days...If there was a way to count my gameplay time...Man,it was way beyond a month!

I really hope we see a remake on a Nintendo console...

@4400seriesFAN as long as you made a user profile and always logged into it, the game did track all the time you spent and all the bullets, distance traveled and many more. the single player campaign even tracked the time spent playing it.

damn that suxz and how do you get all four stars on the challenges

each star indicates how many players are needed to earn it. for instance, the 3rd star in, beat the challenge with 3 players. but beating a challenge with multiple players doesnt unlock star with less players. basically to get all 4 you need to beat it 4 times, once by yourself & with 1, 2 and 3 other players. I've beaten them all by myself. lots of challenges were too hard for friends. and only one other friend and I ever almost beat them all 2 player.

me and my mate played this game for 9 years every day for atleast 4 hours.... (yes i was a fat lazy fuck i know) but we had skillz man! back in the day :( could easilly have won won a championship with this game, now i get owned by a meatsim lol

The only thing you can access in the original Perfect dark for N64 "Without" the expansion pak is the combat simulator, and I bought the game only for that! sense I wasn't going to by the expansion pak just for one game.
