LSD cures cluster headaches, but LSD is in research now because of the illegality it couldn't be researched to start off with. I find in my honest opinion that all drugs should be legalize, reason think of the war on drugs and prohibition of alcohol is very similar in fact it's scary how similar. Fact many innocent people get jailed for just growing weed and they had no intentions of using. Imagine that number of those who are in the clink.
