The movie is a fictional documentary by students trying to investigate the truth behind a fire that burned down what used to be a mental ward for injured soldiers during the Spanish American war in what is today the Rathskeller. It also follows the story

Created by H.O.U.S.E. at The University of Tampa in 2008 as part of Campus MovieFest, the world's largest student film festival.
