You need to re-read your history. Taiwan was ceded to Japan in 1895. Then in the post WWII treaties, Taiwan was NOT ceded to China.

Many think-tanks in the North America, Europe, and Tawian have repeatedly pointed out that there are no international legal documents which can show that the territorial sovereignty of Taiwan has ever been transferred to "China" (either PRC or ROC) in the post Dec. 1941 period. (Note: The ROC declared war on the Empire of Japan on Dec. 9, 1941.)

AMERICA likes to blame CHINA as the BAD GUY, but why is USA still supporting the ONE CHINA POLICY!? People out there needs to understand that TAIWAN is the Secret Colonial State of America!

After WW2 when America defeated Japan, did USA gave Taiwanese People the freedom to elect our Taiwanese Government? No, they did not! What they did instead is to install an USA PUPPET Government by the name of KMT!

NO, it is incorrect. It is because we Chinese have gone through the reality. Everyone has their own definition of the term "civilised", though largely similar, there can be diferences. What makes you choose the one you have is your value and social purposes-------subjectivity.
