They are very excellent in skills but I'm afraid their robes will not be very convenient for them to do police jobs. I think Iran should let them wear similar style police uniform as the policemen and as they are muslims, they can have a scarf under the visor hat. That will make it more convenient and also respect their muslim traditions. What's more, they will be really looked like a police officer so people will have more respect to them. Hail to the policewomen!
