In Italy none knows what "Fettuccine Alfredo" are!
For American Mispelling "Fettuccine" is pronounced "FE-TTOO-ch-EE-N-AY", not "fe-ttiuu-S-ee-nee"!!!!!!!!!!!

i also disagree with the use of the machine.
it should have been rolled out by hand, that is with a rolling pin, into a large piece. then you roll it up and cut it, like slicing bread, into thin pieces. then you unravel the pieces.
Beautiful! It makes me appreciate noodles more. ; ) Great job
