Tyler Pentland is a Catcher / Outfielder for the North Delta Blue Jays in the wood-bat British Columbia Premier Baseball League. The BCPBL has seen 2010 Kellin Deglan drafted by the Texas Rangers as well as alumni Adam Loewen, Jeff Francis and Justin Morneau make it to the MLB.

Graduating in 2011 with a 3.9 GPA, Tyler is looking to continue his education and play baseball at an American post-secondary institution.

Tyler has been a member of Gold Medal Provincial teams since 2003, as well as a Western Canada champion. Tyler is a member of Team BC at the PNC tournament in Portland as well as the Arizona Fall Classic in Peoria. He was the Blue Jays unsung hero in 2009.
