To answer the people with neck problems: you're not concentrating. When the guy says "concentrate", he means it! If you're just moving your body in vaguely the same way as them, you'll find your neck hurting - the work must be in the abs! I find literally thinking about and occasionally glancing at my abs increases the extent to which I focus on them. If you feel yourself moving your neck but abs are tired, just do tiny reps instead of big ones. Save the neck and back at all costs. Hope I helpe

Make sure you are looking up toward the ceiling while doing the exercises not down towards your feet, also try and concentrate on your abdominals and it will help.

It really does work, but you can't see the results if you have a tons of fat on top. Eat clean, do some cardio, do this, and abs will appear!

This comment is for those people who says that this is not working. These excercises are for people that dont have much stomach fat. The reccomended fat procent is from 8% to 12%. If you have 15 or 16% fat the problem of the not visible six pack is simple. Its under your fat :O. You need to clean your food at first (no pizzas and so on), do cardio excerices (running,swimming and so on), and only then do thse excercises (btw its great). If you do these steps you will have a great six pack FAST!

I did this workout every single day at the gym for the last 4 months in a row. Definite improvement. Hurts like hell at first but you can literally feel yourself gettin' big
