@nadenitza woah woah, just make sure you're giving it at least a day of rest between work outs, it grows during the resting period not the work outs.

This program is by far the most intense i came across, it's really effective - im kinda lazy and do it 1-2 times a week but it still gives me results, if i do it every day - morning and night it will probably give me an 8 pack!
the secret to good abs is to keep it contracted as much as possible and exercise it as often as possible.

Im on my 3rd day. Cool video. I really feel the burn at 6:46. For no other reason other then I bust out laughing if I look at the screen and I have catch myself for a second. Good upload!!! Its slowly becoming fun
