Mega Man & Bass (Perfect Runs) - Burner Man's Stage

Well... here it is... I am sure this is the one that many of you have been waiting for... the Burner Man stage! This here stage is an absolute monster to go through buster only, no damage. It does not really matter who you pick, it is pretty well just as hard with both Bass and Mega Man. There is nothing about this stage that is easy... Every section of it seems to be tricky or annoying in its own way which makes even getting through the stage portion without getting hit rather difficult. With such delights as Guts Man Wannabes, hidden pits, swarms of birds, instant death fire, gigantic tellies, and spears, what is not to hate? Contrary to what it may seem, though, I actually had a fair bit of fun recording this.

Burner Man himself is easily the most annoying part of the stage, though. This guy is fast, and very random. This is a brutal mix when your goal is to not get hit. He has several attacks, the most annoying of which is when he throws out some bear traps and then constantly uses the Wave Burner for four jumps. The only way to get around this is to do a dashing double-jump as Bass where you dodge-weave around the Wave Burner, then use the mid-air jump at just the right time to clear Burner Man, or sliding under the first or third jump as Mega Man. The thing that easily got me the most is Burner Man's tendency to try and jump right into you! I tried to stay to the edges since it gave me the most time to react to his attacks, but he kept jumping into me immediately after turning around during his dash. Standing in the centre of the room is even WORSE as that is where he jumps when doing the bear trap move which means TWO attacks where he may just leap into you. Yeah... this guy was a huge pain, no question about that.

I am not finished with this game, though. My own little motto is I like to show ALL of any game I post videos of, so, naturally, I am going to go take on the last stages of the games. I will be sticking to the No Damage rule, but Buster Only is going out the window. Robot Master weapons are simply required to get through the King stages with No Damage... and I am sure has heck buying the power-ups! Speaking of continuing on with the game, be sure to check Roahm's channel if you want to see where to get all of the game's database CDs and to see what the CDs say! A lot of them are quite... hilairous to say the least. XD

@legionofpie I do believe the new face art first popped up in my Kirby Super Star videos. This here was just a prototype for my newer annotations style which I refined before using again. All graphics here were taken directly from a game I had been working on, whereas the new faces were custom made. XD

What prevents you from finishing the game buster only? Is one of the final bosses immune to buster damage?

Robot master weapons are needed to damage a certain boss and to prevent two other bosses from using full-screen attacks. There is also a part in the first King Stage where you cannot destroy an enemy before it hits you without a robot master weapon.

I did the same thing too...when I cheated like hell. Dude I'm sorry NO WAY IN HELL no matter how good you are at this game, can any human finish these levels all perfect runs with Bass and just buster. NO MATTER WHAT. Unless you do it live and not off a direct recording there's no way to tell you're not cheating.
