OMG!!! last year i did the same thing what you disscuss about you're video and it dose help!!! i was a size 8 going to size 7... and then i found out i was pregnant!! so i stop excersing and now im 8 months... getting ready to give birth in March 24th.. but then i went from size 8 to size 12... now.. im trying sooo hard to stay away from regular food...

@3fthighandrising I'm actually a big fan of Ralph Waldo Emerson. The Secret is kind of gimmicky..and doesn't focus enough on the action part of getting what you want. Using your thoughts to change the world around you is a concept that FAR pre-dates The Secret :)

I love your videos! I've tried to lose weight for years and years, but I always gave up because I thought I'd never get where I wanted to be. But I'm now starting out with an improved diet and workout plan, and I'm so much more confident I will follow through this time because of inspiration like this video. I never had the positive mental drive before that I do now. I CAN, I CAN, I CAN! =)
