The best argument for Haku being a girl (besides appearence) is the heavily-implied relationship with Zabuza; there are almost never homosexuals in shounen manga. Fact remains, Haku said he was a boy to Naruto, and (if I remember correctly) used male pronouns for himself in the original Japanese. Lots of people say Haku has a good reason to lie, being a rogue ninja... but I kinda fail to see how lying about gender protects anything.

I think Haku is a boy. Lol.
