Congratulations on your success. I know many people with such visions and mental capacity to do such things...things that will harm nobody and deserve to come full circle if they only gain the education or loans necessary to do so.
Sadly, none of these artist, these inspirational visionaries have the financial means or moral support to even begin. They were born into poor economic and educational conditions which is hard to overcome.

@WoWman1001 I am a publisher and I plan on publishing a book called "How Can You Possibly Build a Hobbit Hole in Your Own Backyard?" which will be coming out in a couple of years to coincide with the upcoming movies based on The Hobbit. And I have been given a tentative commitment by someone at Weta (I've corresponded with him for years) to write a Forword.
So tell me if you would like to be showcased in the book and, if so, keep me posted.
